এমন গৌরাঙ্গ বিনা নাহি আর!

hena abatāra, ha’be ki hayeche,
hena prema paracāra 1
emana — like, such as; gaurāṅga — Gaurāṅga; binā — except, without, but; nāhi — no; āra — other; hena — such; abatāra — an incarnation; ha’be — will be; ki — or; hayeche — has been; hena — such; prema — divine love; paracāra — preached
There is no one like Gaurāṅga! No other incarnation, past, present, or future, has preached such a rare form of prema.
দুরমতি অতি, পতিত পাষণ্ডী,
প্রাণে না মারিল কাঽরে
হরিনাম দিয়া, হ্ড়্দয় শোধিল,
যাচিঽ গিয়া ঘরে ঘরে ২
duramati ati, patita pāṣaṇḍī,
prāṇe nā mārila kā’re
harināma diyā, hṛdaya śodhila,
yāci’ giyā ghare ghare 2
duramati — wicked; ati — extremely; patita — fallen; pāṣaṇḍī — atheists; prāṇe — of life; nā — not; mārila — slain; kā’re — of anyone; harināma — names of Hari; diyā — having given; hṛdaya — heart; śodhila — He purified; yāci’ — having offered; giyā — having gone; ghare ghare — from house to house
He has not slain the very wicked or the fallen atheists. Instead, He has purified everyone’s hearts by going from door to door, freely giving them the holy name.
ভববিরিঞ্চির, বাঞ্ছিত যেপ্রেম,
জগতে ফেলিল ঢালিঽ
কাঙ্গালে পাইয়া, খাইল নাচিয়া,
বাজাইয়া করতালি ৩
bhaba-biriñcira, bāñchita ye-prema,
jagate phelila ḍhāli’
kāṅgāle pāiyā, khāila nāciyā,
bājāiyā karatāli 3
bhaba — Śiva; biriñcira — Brahmā; bāñchita — desired; ye — that; prema — divine love; jagate — over the world; phelila — He dropped, let fall; ḍhāli’ — pouring; kāṅgāle — to the destitute; pāiyā — having received; khāila — drank; nāciyā — dancing; bājāiyā — having sounded; karatāli — clapping of the hands
He has poured over the whole world the prema that is desired by even Śiva and Brahmā. The destitute, upon receiving and drinking this prema, begin to dance and clap their hands with joy.
হাসিয়া কান্দিয়া, প্রেমে গḓআগḓই,
পুলকে ব্যাপিল অঙ্গ
চণ্ডালে ব্রাহ্মণে, করে কোলাকুলি,
কবে বা ছিল এ রঙ্গ ৪

pulake byāpila aṅga
caṇḍāle brāhmaṇe, kare kolākuli,
kabe bā chila e raṅga 4
hāsiyā — having laughed; kā̃diyā — having cried; preme — in divine love; gaḓāgaḓi — rolling; pulake — horripilation; byāpila — all over; aṅga — bodily limbs; caṇḍāle — to dog-eater outcastes; brāhmaṇe — to brāhmaṇas; kare kolākuli — they embrace [one another]; kabe — when; bā — [used to emphasize a question]; chila — happened; e — this; raṅga — wondrous spectacle
Laughing and weeping, they roll upon the ground in prema, and the limbs of their bodies manifest horripilation. Even the caṇḍālas (dog-eaters) and brāhmaṇas embrace one another. Oh, has there ever been such a wondrous spectacle?
ডাকিয়া হাঙ্কিয়া, খোলকরতালে,
গাইয়াধাইয়া ফিরে
দেখিয়া শমন, তরাস পাইয়া,
কপাট হানিল দ্বারে ৫
ḍākiyā hā̃kiyā, khola-karatāle,
gāiyā-dhāiyā phire
dekhiyā śamana, tarāsa pāiyā,
kapāṭa hānila dbāre 5
ḍākiyā — having called; hā̃kiyā — having roared; khola karatāle — with mṛdaṅgas and karatālas; gāiyā — having sung; dhāiyā — having run; phire — around, about; dekhiyā — having seen; śamana — Yamarāja; tarāsa — fear; pāiyā — having felt; kapāṭa — doors; hānila — closed; dbāre — at the gate
With calls and cries, with mṛdaṅga and karatālas, He and His devotees sing and run hither and thither. Seeing this, Yamarāja (the lord of death) has become frightened and closed his door.
এ তিন ভুবন, আনন্দে ভরিল,
উঠিল মঙ্গল সোর
কহে প্রেমানন্দ, এমন গৌরাঙ্গে,
রতি না জন্মিল মোর ৬

The three worlds have become filled with bliss upon the auspicious uproar of kīrtana. Premānanda dāsa laments, “Oh, rati (affection) for that Gaurāṅga has not appeared in my heart!”
