‘আমারঽ বলিতে প্রভু! আর কিছু নাই
তুমিই আমার মাত্র পিতাবন্ধুভাই ১

āmāra’ — mine; balite — to call, consider; prabhu — O Lord; āra — else; kichu nāi — nothing; tumii — You alone; āmāra — my; mātra — only; pitā — father; bandhu — friend; bhāi — brother
O Lord, apart from You, there is nothing else that I can call my own. You alone are my father, friend, and brother.
বন্ধু, দারা, সুতসুতা—তব দাসীদাস
সেই তঽ সম্বন্ধে সবে আমার প্রয়াস ২
bandhu, dārā, suta-sutā—taba dāsī-dāsa
sei ta’ sambandhe sabe āmāra prayāsa 2
bandhu — friends; dārā — wife; suta — sons; sutā — daughters; taba — Your; dāsī — maid-servants; dāsa — servants; sei — that; ta’ — certainly; sambandhe — in relationship; sabe — they all; āmāra — my; prayāsa — endeavors
My friends, wife, sons, and daughters are all Your servants and maidservants. My endeavors for them are based on that relationship only.
ধন, জন, গ্ঢ়, দার, ‘তোমারঽ বলিয়া
রক্ষা করি আমি মাত্র সেবক হইয়া ৩

rakṣā kari āmi mātra sebaka ha·iyā 3
dhana — wealth; jana — people (relatives); gṛha — house; dāra — wife; tomāra’ — Yours; baliyā — having considered; rakṣā kari — protect; āmi — I; mātra — only; sebaka — servant; ha·iyā — having become
Considering my wealth, family members, home, and possessions to be Yours, I protect them, only as Your servant.
তোমার কার্যের তরে উপার্জিব ধন
তোমার সংসারব্যয করিব বহন ৪
tomāra kāryera tare upārjiba dhana
tomāra saṁsāra-byaya kariba bahana 4
tomāra — Your; kāryera — of service; tare — for; upārjiba — I shall earn; dhana — wealth; tomāra — Your; saṁsāra — family, household; byaya — expenses; kariba bahana — I shall bear, carry
For Your service I shall earn money and bear the expenses of Your household.
ভালমন্দ নাহি জানি সেবা মাত্র করি
তোমার সংসারে আমি বিষয়প্রহরী ৫
bhālamanda nāhi jāni sebā mātra kari
tomāra saṁsāre āmi biṣaya-praharī 5
bhālamanda — good + bad; nāhi — not; jāni — I know; sebā — serve; mātra — only; kari — I do; tomāra — Your; saṁsāre — in family; āmi — I; biṣaya — interests, property; praharī — a guard, watchman
I know neither good nor bad—I only serve. I am but a watchman, guarding the interests of Your household.
তোমার ইচ্ছায় মোর ইন্দ্রিয়চালনা
শ্রবণ, দর্শন, ঘ্রাণ, ভোজনবাসনা ৬
tomāra icchāya mora indriya-cālanā
śrabaṇa, darśana, ghrāṇa, bhojana-bāsanā 6
tomāra — Your; icchāya — with desire; mora — my; indriya — senses; cālanā — act of ruling, directing; śrabaṇa — hearing; darśana — sight; ghrāṇa — smell; bhojana — eating; bāsanā — desire
I engage my senses—hearing, sight, smell, and taste—in accordance with Your desire.
নিজসুখ লাগিঽ কিছু নাহি করি আর
ভকতিবিনোদ বলে, তব সুখ সার ৭
nijasukha lāgi’ kichu nāhi kari āra
bhakatibinoda bale, taba sukha sāra 7
nijasukha — own + pleasure; lāgi’ — for the sake; kichu nāhi — nothing; kari — I do; āra — more; bhakatibinoda — Bhaktivinoda; bale — says; taba — Your; sukha — happiness; sāra — essence
I no longer do anything for the sake of my own pleasure. Bhaktivinoda says, “Your happiness is the essence [of my life].”
