নিবেদন করি প্রভু! তোমার চরণে
পতিতঅধম আমি, জানে ত্রিভুবনে ২
nibedana kari prabhu! tomāra caraṇe
patita-adhama āmi, jāne tribhubane 2
nibedana — submission; kari — I make; prabhu — O Lord; tomāra — Your; caraṇe — at feet; patita — lowly; adhama — wretched; āmi — I; jāne — knows; tribhubane — throughout the three worlds
I make this submission at Your feet, O Lord. I am lowly and wretched. This is known throughout the three worlds.
আমাসম পাপী নাহি জগৎভিতরে
মমসম অপরাধী নাহিক সংসারে ৩
āmā-sama pāpī nāhi jagat-bhitare
mama-sama aparādhī nāhika saṁsāre 3
āmā — me; sama — like, same; pāpī — sinner; nāhi — not; jagat — worlds; bhitare — within; mama — my; sama — like, same; aparādhī — offender; nāhika — there is not; saṁsāre — in existence
There is no sinner like me in this world; there is no offender like me in all of existence.
সেই সব পাপ আর অপরাধ, আমি
পরিহারে পাই লজ্জা, সব জানঽ তুমি ৪
sei saba pāpa āra aparādha, āmi
parihāre pāi lajjā, saba jāna’ tumi 4
sei — these; saba — all; pāpa — sins; āra — and; aparādha — offenses; āmi — I; parihāre — (kṣamāpane) in giving up, casting off (in begging forgiveness); pāi — I feel; lajjā — shame; saba — all; jāna’ — know; tumi — You
I feel shame even in casting off all these sins and offenses, for You know everything [about how vast and egregious are my wrongdoings].
তুমি বিনা কাঽর আমি লইব শরণ ?
তুমি সর্বেশ্বরেশ্বর ব্রজেন্দ্রনন্দন ৫
tumi binā kā’ra āmi la·iba śaraṇa ?
tumi sarbeśbareśbara brajendranandana 5
tumi — You; binā — without; kā’ra — of whom; āmi — I; la·iba — I shall take; śaraṇa — shelter; tumi — You; sarbeśbareśbara — all + lords + the Lord; brajendranandana — King of Vraja + son
In whom shall I seek refuge other than You? You are the Lord of lords, O Vrajendra-nandana!
জগৎ তোমার নাথ! তুমি সর্বময়
তোমাপ্রতি অপরাধ তুমি করঽ ক্ষয় ৬
jagat tomāra nātha! tumi sarbamaya
tomā-prati aparādha tumi kara’ kṣaya 6
jagat — world; tomāra — Yours; nātha — O Master; tumi — You; sarbamaya — all-pervading, omnipresent, all in all, all-powerful, sovereign, supreme; tomā — You; prati — to; aparādha — offenses; tumi — You; kara’ kṣaya — destroy
The world is Yours, O Master, and You encompass everything. Absolve me of my offenses to You!
তুমি তঽ স্খলিতপদ জনের আশ্রয়
তুমি বিনা আর কেবা আছে, দয়াময় ৭
tumi ta’ skhalita-pada janera āśraya
tumi binā āra kebā āche, dayāmaya 7
tumi — You; ta’ — certainly; skhalita pada — stumbled (fig.) lapsed, sinful; janera — of people; āśraya — shelter; tumi — You; binā — without, but; āra — else; kebā — who; āche — is there; dayāmaya — O merciful one
You are the sanctuary of those who have faltered. O Benevolent One, who is there but You?
সেইরূপ তব অপরাধী জন যত
তোমার শরণাগত হইবে সতত ৮
seirūpa taba aparādhī jana yata
tomāra śaraṇāgata ha·ibe satata 8
seirūpa — in that manner or way; taba — Your (to You); aparādhī jana — offenders; yata — whatever; tomāra — Your; śaraṇāgata — those who come for shelter; ha·ibe — will become; satata — always
All such offenders to You shall always [come to a point of] surrender to You.
ভকতিবিনোদ এবে লইয়া শরণ
তুয়া পদে করে আজ আত্মসমর্পণ ৯
bhakatibinoda ebe la·iyā śaraṇa
tuyā pade kare āja ātmasamarpaṇa 9
bhakatibinoda — Bhaktivinoda; ebe — now; la·iyā — having taken; śaraṇa — shelter; tuyā — You; pade — at feet; kare — [makes the preceding noun ‘ātma-samarpaṇa’ into a verb]; āja — now; ātmasamarpaṇa — surrenders, dedicates/offers (samarpaṇ) his self (ātma)
Thus, Bhaktivinoda, surrendering at Your feet, now offers You his very self.
