nārada — Nārada; muni — the great sage; bājāya — plays; bīṇā — a kind of musical heptacord; rādhikāramaṇa — Rādhikā-Ramaṇa; nāme — to the names; nāma — the holy name; amani — immediately; udita haya — appears; bhakata — devotees; gīta — singing; sāme — (rāg-viśeṣ) in the melody
The great sage Nārada plays his vīṇā in accompaniment to [the chanting of] the names of Śrī Rādhikā-Ramaṇa, and the holy name immediately appears amidst the devotees’ singing.
অমিয়ধারা, বরিষে ঘন,
শ্রবণয়ুগলে গিয়া
ভকতজন, সঘনে নাচে,
ভরিয়া আপন হিয়া ২
amiya-dhārā, bariṣe ghana,
śrabaṇa-yugale giyā
bhakata-jana, saghane nāce,
bhariyā āpana hiyā 2
amiya — (amṛta) nectar; dhārā — current; bariṣe — showers, streams; ghana — profuse, severe; śrabaṇa — ears; yugale — into the two; giyā — having gone; bhakata jana — the devotees; saghane — ceaselessly; nāce — dance; bhariyā — having filled; āpana — their; hiyā — hearts
When the current of nectar [of the holy names of the Lord] streams profusely and enters both ears, the devotees dance continuously, their heart filling with joy.
মাধুরীপুর, আসব পশিঽ,
মাতায় জগতজনে
কেহ বা কান্দে, কেহ বা নাচে,
কেহ মাতে মনে মনে ৩

mādhurī — sweet; pura — (bhāṇḍār) stream; āsaba — (madhu, ĵāhā matta kare); paśi’ — having entered; mātāya — maddens; jagata — the world; jane — to the people; keha — some; bā — [used for emphasis]; kā̃de — cry; keha — some; bā — [used for emphasis]; nāce — dance; keha — some; māte — become intoxicated; mane mane — within hearts
The stream of sweet nectar maddens the people of the universe. Some weep, some dance, and others become fully intoxicated within their minds.
পঞ্চবদন, নারদে ধরিঽ,
প্রেমের সঘন রোল
কমলাসন, নাচিয়া বলে,
‘বোল বোল হরিবোলঽ ৪
pañcabadana, nārade dhari’,

kamalāsana, nāciyā bale,
‘bola bola haribola’ 4
pañcabadana — a name for Śiva which means “he of five (pañca) heads (vadan)”; nārade — to Nārada; dhari’ — having embraced; premera — out of love; saghana — repeatedly; rola — cries out; kamalāsana — a name for Lord Brahmā which means “he whose seat (āsan) is of a lotus flower (kamala)”; nāciyā — having danced; bale — calls out; bola — chant; bola — chant; haribola’ — chant the names of Hari
The five-headed Lord Śiva, embracing Nārada, roars repeatedly out of prema, while he who sits upon a lotus flower, Lord Brahmā, dances enthusiastically and calls out, “Haribol! Haribol!”
সহস্রানন, পরমসুখে,
‘হরি হরিঽ বলিঽ গায়
নামপ্রভাবে, মাতিল বিশ্ব,
নামরস সবে পায় ৫
sahasrānana, paramasukhe,
‘hari hari’ bali’ gāya
nāma-prabhābe, mātila biśba,
nāma-rasa sabe pāya 5
sahasrānana — a name for Ananta Śeṣa which means “he of a thousand (sahasra) faces (ānana); paramasukhe — supreme + in happiness; hari hari’ — “Hari Hari”; bali’ — having uttered; gāya — sings; nāma — the holy names; prabhābe — by the influence; mātila — maddened, intoxicated; biśba — the universe; nāma — the holy name; rasa — nectar; sabe — everyone; pāya — obtains
Thousand-headed Lord Śeṣa, feeling supreme happiness, sings, “Hari! Hari!” By the influence of the holy name, the entire universe becomes maddened, and everyone tastes the rasa of the holy name.
শ্রীক্ড়্ষ্ণনাম, রসনে স্ফুরিঽ,
পূরাঽল আমার আশ
শ্রীরূপপদে, যাচয়ে ইহা,
ভকতিবিনোদদাস ৬

śrīkṛṣṇanāma — Śrī Kṛṣṇa + names; rasane — on the tongue; sphuri’ — having manifested; pūrā’la — fulfilled; āmāra — my; āśa — desires; śrīrūpa — Śrī Rūpa Gosvāmī; pade — at the feet; yācaye — prays, begs; ihā — this; bhakatibinoda — Bhaktivinoda; dāsa — the servant
This servant, Bhaktivinoda, prays at the lotus feet of Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī, “May the holy names of Śrī Kṛṣṇa fulfill all my desires by manifesting upon my tongue.”
